Demolition Management Plans are instigated prior to, during, and on completion of works which include notifications to WHS QLD (where applicable), asbestos identification, registers, safe work method statements (SWMS), procedures, incident management plans, inspections, risk assessments, timetables and clearance certificates. This ensures maximum control and prevention of airborne asbestos fibers in the environment and impacts on the structural integrity of the building.
